Yeah, guy made repeated deadly threats to them, should help their defense. I hope if the DA is stupid enough to press charges on them, they take it to court. No way in hell will 12 people unanimously convict.

I don't think the guy filming is the owner, either. Everyone else is behind the counter (based on how the computers are facing, and cigs are usually kept behind counters. Think he's a customer. Owner might've been one of the two guys on Team Beat Down.
