If you rewind time and do almost nothing different outside of buying tickets, I dont see why a butterfly effect big enough to change lottery numbers would happen unless you do something big. That is my take on it. The further back you go in time, the likely hood of anything small you do changing the future is higher. I personally think of it as a cone. If you go back in time 30 seconds then how much you can change the future is very limited unless you do something insane. Actually you could get an extra day in every day. Your cooldown time starts when you finish going back in time. So lets say its Midnight on Wednesday. You decide to go back in time for a full day. So its Tuesday at Midnight. The timer starts there so you get your powers back on Thursday at Midnight. If you want, you can go back in time again to Wednesday at Midnight and the cycle continues. You can double your time like this.. Sort of. The timer starts there so you get your powers back on Thursday at Midnight. If you want, you can go back in time again to Wednesday at Midnight and the cycle continues.
