I decided on a Silver Dragonborn Ranger, and once I hit 3 I'm gonna go gloom stalker for sure. I thought about a sorcerer or cleric, but I just finished a 2.5 year irl D&D campaign as a sorcerer, and just started our next one as a cleric so I wanted something different here. --- (He/Him) I write Naruto Fanfiction. Edit: Did a quick search, and according to Jeremy Crawford, you can use meta magic options any time you "cast a spell," even if it's from a magic item. Scrolls are magic items.
