I usually don't save until there's 3 characters/2 saves left for situations like that. I had the Quistis save in the chamber with my finger on the trigger, I assure you!

'bad' is in the eye of the beholder, who are you to render judgement! But also feel free to tell us all who you consider to be bad characters ;)

Also yes Quistis was in the 3rd tier with Sephiroth and Cindy and that hasn't changed!! If captain saved Ramza there I would've saved her, I swear.

We've actually done a pretty good job of getting rid of the bad characters so far, there's no one left on Eiko's tier, at least
