If not, what sport has the highest percentage of professional athletes also being alcoholics? Golf has gotten away from it.

Pub sports like darts and snooker, obviously.
Football (soccer) has a problem with alcohol (and gambling). Young men who only have to work a 3-4 hours a day, being paid 50,000+ per week . . . Cricket has a big drinking culture.
