I went:
Rito > Goron > Zora > Gerudo

I just finished the Gerudo part now, and I'm glad I did it last. It was definitely longer than the others, and the boss for it I found more challenging than the other ones.

I'm still debating on which one I should do next but I'm leaning towards Gerudo as I barely spent any time in the Goron area in BoTW.

Are there any sure fire places to find diamonds? Like under that one rock in BoTW? I have 4 and I need 10 for the quest.
