According to Citizens United vs. FEC corporations are protected by the First Amendment and are allowed to spend infinite money to influence political elections via campaign advertising etc. provided they are not directly coordinating with the candidate. Corporations should be the only ones that actually get the rights listed in the Constitution. It specifically mentions "we the PEOPLE" and an individual person is definitely not "PEOPLE" while a corporation includes multiple individuals and thus is undeniably "PEOPLE"
