Ive plowed through so many "good" series recently, that i need to keep some balance by watching some waifu trash or mindless garbage.

I recently pick up a bunch from the local library for 50 cents each.

I think im gonna start with Tayutama.

I know nothing about it other than it looks like standard magical girl/harem stuff?

Guess we will see.

I'm sure you already have some others planned to watch, but might I suggest King of Bandit Jing? It's pretty terrible from what I remember, but the character designs, the world, and the opening are all quite incredible. I just think they tried too hard to make things seem too mysterious, but I only ever saw the first DVD which was about 3 or 4 episodes. My friends actually gave it to me because they bought it, watched it, and weren't interested in it and hoped I might be.

That one is on the backlog. I recently got the series on DVD and shelved it. Ive been also meaning to check out Kinos Journey.

Whoa, that's totally the opposite of trashy anime though.

Tayutama? It's a VN anime, but I wouldn't particularly call it trashy...er than most other VNs or waifu/harem anime. That said, it's been ages since I've seen it and I can't even remember the ending. Let's see...

I know it's from Lump of Sugar, so it's diabetes-inducing moege like Nursery Rhyme or Magical Charming.

The main girl is a foxgirl who spends most of the season as a loli due to losing her powers.

The childhood friend was a tsundere. Can't remember how tsun/violent she was, but I don't think she was particularly dere. Still sorta cute, maybe. I vaguely recall her having a fang.

The little sister was voiced by Kaori Mizuhashi, so she was automatically best girl. That said, I only remember an episode where she had a pet... bird (?) stuck on her head, feeding on her emotions.

There's apparently a fourth girl (blonde ojou) that I literally have no recollection of.

Sounds like typical fare for a 2000s sentai distributed release

On a side note, turns out that DVD was more than gently used so I need to get it buffed.

So I moved onto Okkos Inn in the mean time.

This one works fine and it seems to be pretty well done so far.

Wow that was great!

The animation was fantastic and that story was sad, but the end was very upbeat.

I wish I could have seen this in theaters

Next up is Girls Last Tour.

It looks cutsey but I have a feeling that bad shit is gonna go down.
