if it's like most gacha, you should be able to start a new account and try to roll for it. if you dont get it, you can 'reroll' by deleting the game and making a new account, and play until you get the currency to do the rolls again. repeat until you get desired roll

but i havent looked into the game at all so i have no idea if this is the case here too

It doesn't work like that for the outfits, it's actually pretty money grabbing when you stop and think about it.

Basically gacha banners have a stamp card to them. When you do any multi-pull you're also rolling for a number of stamps to fill up the stamp card with. While you're guaranteed at least 1 stamp per multi, you need at least 12 stamps to get the outfit. So at the absolute worst case scenario you need to do 12 multi-pulls to get the outfit, which can be very costly.

If you're re-rolling you're essentially rolling for that .01% for all 12 stamps to get the outfit, which is an extremely low chance of happening.

Thankfully the game has been giving out a lot of free Crystals in celebration of its launch, so it is possible to do some re-rolling to fill up the stamp card some what and then actually play the game to farm Crystals.

-Need to replay (11): Xenogears, Xenosaga Trilogy, FF13 Trilogy, FF6, FF15, FF7 Remake, Chrono Trigger

oh and I still need to "play" Steins;Gate 0 on top of that but yeah, 15, geez. Pretty sure I've been talking about replaying Xenogears for 15 years now, too.
