You know if this happened in America, that first guy who slipped would also be held liable because he has the duty of foreseeability to prevent other people from falling. The fact that he just stood up and did nothing about it is just as upsetting as the first person putting the oil on.

A couple people fell down, but the first person just walked it off. The second guy was much older and took a much rougher fall, causing him to lay there on his back in pain for several minutes before he's able to drag himself over to a wall to sit up. Then two more women come down and the second guy tries to warn them, but one slips and falls anyway.
