So you haven't actually spoken with her? Dude, don't just be weird and ask her out. Maybe try interacting first. Do you cook? If so, try asking about certain vegetables for a dish. I have spoken to lots of produce people in this way, although I wasn't looking for a date. But you need to see if there is an actual vibe there by talking a few times. Simply asking out someone you think is cute while they are working is cringe.
