When you die, you are immediately reincarnated with all your memories as a random 16 year old person, random gender, in a developing nation currently undergoing civil strife. I have no idea what that would look like when you die but if you died today it would be a place like Niger or Armenia. You also get to know the local language & culture.

Nothing special happens when you die again in your second life.

Sure. If I knew the deal before I died and would keep all my memories, I'd set my reincarnated self up for life. I'd just have to find my way to America and collect the hidden fortune.

You would have to get an American visa. I mean not impossible but good luck. You might have to try applying as a refugee.

I'm sure something could be arranged before death. Like tell a trusted person you'll be contacting them after you die about about sharing a large amount of secret wealth. They'll most likely think you're crazy until you do. Make a friend in a high place who may have influence to get you out of that country.

It's "simple". You create an international charity organization with branches in all the third world countries who do general aid. But they all also have a secret secondary mission; if anyone, no matter which they are, come to them and speak the secret code phrase they immediately help them leave the country and enter America at all costs.

Once you come to life again fidn the nearest outpost , say the phrase and re-enter the good life.

Only the initial gift is tax free. Anything else you do with it is subject to normal taxes including wealth taxes and inheritance taxes.

You can set up Swiss accounts that can be accessed anywhere with internet. They can also be accessed by phone with account number and password.

You could pay for a PMC to come take over your country at that point.
