Dean Cain was a good Superman, and while I wouldn't consider 6' 0" short by any means I also wouldn't say he was tall or big. Yeah, it had special effects.. they were cheesy low budget TV special effects from the 90's but they made him fly and have ice breath and heat vision. He wears the suit a lot.
