I know people who aren't familiar with the legal system might be eager to jump down the throats of others, but this is actually pretty common. It's common for judges to delay proceedings of a criminal case for a defendant who is already in the process of defending other criminal matters in other jurisdictions when a good attorney raises the argument. Can we (the people) really use common practice with someone like Trump?
