Im from a small Midwestern area and back in 1999 when I first got home from the Navy they were kinda looked down upon as only military and bikers really had them here. Now I see old grandmas with them and older parents, all kinds of people. Don't have an issue with high quality tattoos, but I don't like a lot of common tattoos. I just hate those generic one-liners and important date tattoos.
