I dont understand how you can direct both the lost boys and phone booth, but still want bat nipples on batsuit. It just does not compute. Unless this a ghost director type situation like how there's ghost writers for real writers

Of those I've only seen Car Wash, the Lost Boys and the Batman movies. So I would say Lost Boys.

Phone Booth is at least mercifully short. I don't mind St Elmo's Fire and The Lost Boys.

The rest just bored me, including 8mm, which is quite the achievement for a sadistic exploitation film.

Falling Down is my favorite but St. Elmos Fire is just classic brat pack material. I was a big fan of The Lost Boys when it came out and I was younger. Both D.C Cab and Car Wash are classics too. Definitely has a chunk of good films.

I remember him talking about thinking of comic book superheroes as Greek god types, and something about that made him adamant about the nipples. He was comparing them to the statues of Greek gods.

A lot of the other stuff people hate about it is interference from WB... they demanded that he basically make the movie a toy commercial.
