One of my favorite slasher films. The cast is forgettable but the kills and fight scenes are great. Just wish Jason and Freddy had more time on screen together.

When it's doing what it does best - Freddy and Jason (okay, mostly Jason) killing or attempting to kill people, including each other - it's great
When it isn't it can be pretty dreadful, but god damn I would be lying if I said Freddy and Jason fighting at the end to big dumb metalcore riffs isn't amazingly entertaining It also makes me feel kinda bad for Kane Hodder, as he got sacked from being Jason the moment an opportunity arose for him to be in a half-decent movie. It's by no means perfect but it's up there with Parts II, IV, VI as my favorite Friday the 13th movies

I love this movie lol
I grew up loving Halloween. I did not really like F13, and NOES was probably my second favorite horror franchise behind Halloween. So not being a big lover of Jason, but liking/loving Freddy as a character, I really enjoyed and still enjoy this film.
