It's not a meme, it's a way to convey maturity in animation
Animators needed a way to design mother characters, and big boobs wouldn't make it past the censors. So instead they gave mother characters larger hips in order to convey maturity.

I think the point is that it's a false meme.

I searched on Google, found a site listing "The top 7 thicc Disney moms," and they literally had to include Andy's mom from Toy Story as number 7, because they couldn't find enough of them.

EDIT: Also, spoilers: Their #6 was LITERALLY A BEAR. #5 was a side character. #4 was a side character. #3 was literally an ant. #2 was the first one who was actually "thick," with Laurel Lightfoot, and then #1 was, of course, Elastigirl.

So, in other words, anybody who said "This meme was literally built entirely on Elastigirl's existence and nothing else," well... They are 100%, completely correct.
