I didn't have enough room to include Obi-Wan vs General Grievous, Anakin/Obi vs Dooku in AotC, or Old Ben vs Vader but I don't think anyone really likes those that much anyways.

Luke vs Vader in ESB is probably my favorite, followed by Anakin vs Obi-Wan.

Obi/Qui-Gon vs Darth Maul

The major reason isn't the choreography, but the way Duel Of The Fates just elevates it into one of the most epic moments in Star Wars history. I downed each legendary ship in AC4: Black Flag while blasting it through my speakers and it did the same each and every time.

Prequel lightsaber fights are bad and people who like them are bad at liking good things.

When Luke goes to the dark side for a moment to defeat Vader in RotJ. One of the best scenes ever put on film.

Nah. The way Luke got mad over Vader threatening to turn Leia to the dark side was forced. And it especially falls apart when it turns out that Luke's friends were never in any real danger, as the empire troops lost to fucking Ewoks.

We got to see, however brief, what fighting with rage and anger gets you from a trained Jedi. Then he tosses it all aside when he realizes what he had become for a second.

Shit, now I gotta marathon the OT today and tomorrow!

Anakin v. Obi Wan was just way too long for me. It's like 10 minutes of empty CGI spectacle until you get to the good part at the end.

I liked Finn/Rey vs Kylo from TFA cuz how beautiful the lightsabers looked in snowy forest at night. Plus it's not overly choreographed like a dance number you see in the prequels (although Episode III's duel was still good).

Another one I really liked is Obi-Wan vs. Darth Vader from the Obi-Wan Kenobi show.
