Sheep does have some odd moments here and there that stand out now that there is nothing confirming him town.
Like him immediately assuming he was blocked by Isquen day4. Which he did explain decently (since why would scum block him?) but it could of course also just be him knowing too much.

Seriously with roles like Dumey having to beware of the DARGON, Red possibly getting to kill two of them, and Wall being a bombdyguard, there's no way they have only 3 unless the last one is also bulletproof. That would be so swingy that the game could end day 2. Blade would never allow it.

May I ask how these two things are related? You claimed vanilla. I'm vanilla. Ulti claimed he is a technical vanilla. Ctes says he has a dumb power. Death is out of toys. Why does the roleblocker's identity matter now?

Also why is Ctes still alive if scum is hunting for a third party? He would rule one person out if he really is singer. Scum would absolutely have killed him to learn this information. Two birds, one bullet. The only answer is that Ctes is scum.

Hey Ulti is insisting it happened. If its the truth, he cant answer more than that. And we cant even say if it is true, so we can even answer even less.

And of Ctes is not scum, scum might not ever shoot him for fear of him revealing a townrole

...Then again I dont remember if Ctes' role would flip roles of living town only or also deadtown.

I thought Ctes said only scum gets the flip. Shooting him would this be a benefit for them if they're hunting for third parties. Ctes would be ruled out and do would whoever he revealed.

Huh eerie. IGCD mentioned that he thought BCT was roleblocked at the start of the nightphase. But as far as I can see, BCT never said that.

Sheep voting Ctes to make himself look good for the last day is a plausible theory.
Ctes was the one player everyone wanted dead anyway.
And if we lynched Sheep first, Ctes would look golden instead.

Still sunds risky for scum, but I cant rule it out.

True that. But they could take advantage of the confusion. Ctes is the top suspect right now. Killing him would be a gamble that could pay off, if scum was able to push blame of that move onto a mislynch target. But they didn't do it. Are they playing it safer, or is Ctes just scum? I'm leaning towards the latter.

Honestly looking back I dont know why people were so certain Ctes was scum early on. Because he was such a nonfactor I guess?
Sheep didnt do much to look better day3 tho.

BCT, killing Red first was probably their safest choice anyway.
No idea who us they would shoot next. But I partially hope its me, lol.

And I'm used to being allowed to live this long. Scum never sees me as a threat. Because I always roll vanilla and I'm me.

That said, I'm expecting to be killed tonight because everyone thinks I'm town. Scum would be better off having two townies who doubt each other.

Yeah its ctes/Sheep. I checked ctes against my game and good hell the bussing there was something else. Im also reminded of the game where I killed Lea like an idiot instead of Sheep about a year ago.

Hey, if I'm Scum I just... generally do not get lynched, unless it's by Chris. That game I very deliberately stayed under the radar after D1 and didn't even go out of my way to guarantee the lynch on Town Han. I'm not gonna be out here getting egg on my face by doublevoting town Wallz as scum.

Also, the EV for scumUlti to claim he was blocked is pretty clearly to feel out whether people think Death could be Scum. That's literally what you did. I don't think it's something that's scummy in itself but we're at the point of the game where just saying things for wifom or reaction purposes is particularly valid, as any alignment. Why do you think I brought up that theoretical survivor role if not to plant a tiny seed of doubt (and also make a slightly facetious joke about third party paranoia but still).

Also also, I can't exactly make claims about what I "would do" as Town given this is as long as I've ever lived as Town on B8, but making PoE lists is basically my whole game and I have been at that point practically since I replaced in, with practically the same list. It's just what happens when you heavily townread players in a lategame, when you're already confident in your ability to read them and have pretty compelling role-based evidence for them. Red was at the same stage yesterday, and I have been practically identical in terms of reads and what I want to do going forwards as he has been.

I should also remind people I cant be around for deadline, so I will vote hours before that.
Not voting at all is a risk I cannot take.

I did not say I wasn't Vanilla. I very, very specifically did not say I wasn't vanilla. FD put that I wasn't in his list because I was so heavily breadcrumbing it (since I thought Ctes was investigation at the time)

Didn't claim because there has surely got to be a strong power role unclaimed and it's either Lea or Ctes, wanted to draw a shot or a block because I don't think there's a ton of other good targets and, as I said, balance looks like there's one unclaimed strong power.

Also, I very specifically did not claim "not-vanilla" at any point, despite what FD's chart might say. I did soft power very strongly!

No mention of wanting to bait a scan tho.
