What did you get docked for? Sounds like a major violation and not anything minor

I failed my first one too. My instructor told me to lane change, except that there was a car there, and I was supposed to disobey his order. I didn't disobey his order. He hit the brakes, and failed me

It was really his fault for telling me to lane change where there was a car there, but I passed my second test, so I'm not unhappy about it anymore

I failed my first one because my wheels hit the curb a little when parking. Why does that even disqualify you? If you do that it doesn't really effect anyone else. I feel like most people fail their first test.

TBH the system is rigged so you got to pay out of pocket extra times. They'll dock a bunch of points for random shit. Never met a guy who got over 80 on the driving test in my area. I got docked -100 for slamming the brakes to not hit a 4yr old crossing the parking lot randomly, mom frantically looking for him on the other side. -30 for slamming the brakes and -70 for not doing the stop at the stop line/sign at the right distance. Aparently I had to go 1 foot then do another hard stop for the guy to be happy.

Is this the test to get your license? I remember practicing parallel parking many times only for the instructor to just have me drive around the block. At the end he was critiquing the way I stopped and started when doing and turns and such and then was like "......all that said, you did pass."

The first time I took the road test, the examiner said she would not trick me, then tricked me. Luckily I got another person the second time.

I failed my first one because I was nervous and drove the maximum allowed on a road where that simply was faster than reasonable.

I passed my first one, but I also got my test delayed over and over due to circumstances that were just ridiculous. Theres a reasonable chance I wouldve failed the parallel parking, I learned a different way of doing it pretty much right before the test when I finally got to take it.
