in three's company? r.i.p. Any of you liked the actress more, that replaced her on three's company? Iirc when she was replaced by another actress on that show the ratings did not go down much. Iirc she was being paid like 4 times less than john ritter, though

I only found that Wednesday night that she died since I was in bed about to play the PS5, and Google TV had a banner saying "In Memoriam - Suzanne Sommers." I had noticed the Three's Company banner earlier in the day but didn't actually read it. I was like wtf noooo when I actually read it. I watched sooo much Three's Company when I was in 5th-6th grade despite the show being way older than me. I remember a friend at school thought my reaction to John Ritter's death was funny (not the death of course, but just my reaction). He told me John Ritter died and I kept saying "THE John Ritter?!"

That's literally the only standout role I know of. And I watched Step by Step.

I only really knew her from Step by Step which is a show I loved

She was pretty good as Carol. Always horned up

yeah i saw that as well. It might have been google tv as well. When i turned on the tv, it said in memorium, remember suzanne somers, now, buy or watch some episodes of three's company, below that.

I was also a big Three's Company fan, especially because of John. I was sad when he died, and I was only in 6th grade then. I got all the seasons on DVD and binged the show when I was in high school. Shame about Suzanne.

Yes there is a Threes company boxset! It was on for 8 Seasons, 174 episodes. Itll run you 60-75 bucks for a brand new set. Its been out a while now, when the box set originally released it costed about twice what it does now. With a lot of retailers about to phase out physical DVDs and Blu Rays its probably the perfect time to look into grabbing any box sets you might be interested in, I imagine the deals for those will be really good!!

I honestly have no idea who that is.

I think at this point Suzanne is known equally for both shows, both of them lasted several years so I wouldnt say shes known for one more than the other. Threes Company was one of those shows that as a kid I really had no interest in-I think that was true for a lot of kids. Then several years ago I saw a really good deal for the complete series box set and got it. I fully admit I wasnt expecting to really like it but I was dead wrong. You appreciate it a lot more as an adult. John Ritter did fantastic the whole way through. Audra Lindley and Norman Fell did outstanding as the Ropers, I loved when Mr. Roper would turn to the camera and wink like he knew the audience was there! I felt the Ropers were more than strong enough for the spin off they got but I feel they should have kept them on Threes Company until closer to the midway point and spun them off then. I thought Don Knotts who came along after they spun off the Ropers did great too! If you love TV Threes Company is absolutely worth the time to watch through.

He was dating Buffys mom, and tried acting like Buffys father, even getting abusive when Buffy wouldnt obey him. Long story short, he was some kind of advanced android.

She also had a short lived role in a sitcom called She's the Sheriff. Nobody really watched it and South Park used it as a joke a couple times.
