Look at the travel history. It's gone cross country twice now, once in the same area as the destination, only to be sent back.

Can't remember if it was FedEx, but yeah I've had packages go to some really stupid places when they were pretty close by before. Usually happens by accident, I'd assume.

Looks like it was missorted at one point into the wrong truck and then scrambling to get it back on track. Mistakes happen
