Yes, 40.

In 4k with Ray tracing and all the bells and whistles. It actually looks really good. I've never played a game at a locked 40 lol

Yeah, since getting my new gaming TV last month that has full VRR support via HDMI 2.1 I have been playing a lot of the sony PS5 releases with the fidelity 120hz VRR enabled 40fps modes and they are all surprisingly good. Like many I have went through spider man remastered, miles morales, and now spider-man 2 playing on fidelity 120hz VRR with uncapped framerate and it really is nice.

A bit of googling says it doesn't go past 90fps so Iunno

That's great to hear. Having options is great, and I always thought of 40fps/VRR being a sweet spot between 30fps/quality and 60fps/performance.
