It was supposed to be 30 games, but it ended up with only 15 games.

Yeah, and it was supposed to have Baby Boomer (which I actually played as a kid), but it didn't even include it for some reason.

They probably cut them to save cost.
It exist two versions of the cartridge. The second version replaces Pyramid with Deathrace, and Double Strike with Blackjack. Their license with Sachen forbid them from releasing their games on a multicartridge. --- GameFAQs isn't going to be merged in with GameSpot or any other site.
