My yearly evualtion is coming up and next month will make it 2 years since I have gotten a raise. I asked my boss about 3months ago feedback on the job I'm doing and he told me i was doing a outstanding job. If i don't get a raise this year thinking about looking for another job would you do the same?

Depends on how much I make. If I was making 10 million a year, I'd never need one. If I was making 10k a year, I'd absolutely need one.

My work just has a pay scale grid for years experience and education level so its a yearly raise. Straightforward and they do periodically update the pay scale. There is some negotiation for added pay on added responsibilities which can be more nebulous.

I basically just get a planned yearly raise and yearly bonus. I cant complain, but if for whatever reason I didnt get it and my coworkers did, Id definitely be concerned
