I remember this comic That was supposed to be like wholesome or something about a Charmander being sad that its parent died so it doused its tail and put a skull on its head and became a Cubone.

I was like these people probably haven't played Pokemon or at least read the Pokdex for Charmander.

And thus many Pokedex entrees are just made strictly under the basis of getting kids to stop abusing their Pokemon.
