For instance, if I'm really looking forward to something and it doesn't go as planned, there's a good chance I'll get massively upset for several hours. I keep most of it in, but internally I'm basically having an emotional meltdown. This also typically leads to feelings of self loathing, depending on what triggered it.

Same bro. Why even bother continuing if nothing ever goes right? Like nah fam, just give up and sleep, ain't got time for this bullshit

EDIT: Should mention that this is how I feel about my own day-to-day endeavors, not necessarily what TC should do.
