Rules:
  1. Rate each character on a scale from 1 to 10 with 1 being the lowest, and 10 being the highest. Anything above 10 gets rounded down to a 10, and anything below a 1 gets rounded up to a 1.
  2. Anything beyond the ten's place will be rounded accordingly: .04 or lower gets rounded down to .0 and .05 or higher gets rounded up to .1
  3. You don't have to rate every character. You can skip any that you don't know or don't feel like rating.
  4. "Character" is defined loosely, but priority will be given to playable characters and major villains. Depending on participation/demand, this may be expanded.
  5. If you miss a topic or topic(s) you can still rate characters from previous topics. Just please try to keep them in the order I have them in the spreadsheet. It makes my life a lot easier.
  6. Feel free to nominate characters you'd like to see done next. There's no guarantee they'll be next, but they might receive higher priority.
  7. Please make it clear which characters you are giving each rating.

Marche is okay. I actually liked FFTA for the most part. But he's definitely no Ramza.

Emperor is kind of 'eh' as far as villains. Totally forgettable from a totally forgettable game.

Ex-Death is a tree. I still don't get it. All of his points come from his cool armor, and his cool theme. I couldn't tell you anything about him outside of that though.

Ultros is pretty funny in small doses.

Dycedarg is a pretty good villain.

Marche -2.5
Were he an actual villain he'd be good. But he's not presented that way so it ends up being annoying more than anything.

Emperor - 6.5
Pretty nothing behind the scenes guy in ff2. I like him in Dissidia. He's got that manipulator vibe down good and has a good VA/design.

X-Death - 10
I love the design and campy cheese of this heavy armor void wizard-- he comes off as very powerful and ahead of the party like Golbez but doesn't have a cop out resolution like Golbez does. He's very 80s cartoon villain in all regards right down to his dialogue and motivations (which is why I insist X-Death is the better name and intended) and I just love that-- it's actually fairly unique for a video game villain. He also should have won the Treasurer position.

Ultros - 7
He's fine. Not actually that funny but a little funny-- good in small doses I like that. He does the "annoying recurring mid boss" schtick pretty well.

Dycedarg - 5.5
I like when you have to defeat his elder brother. That's good for .5 points. Besides that he's just a schemey bad dude in a game filled to the brim with them, many of which who do it better. Hard to care much, but I don't dislike him in any sort of unintended way.
