I'd say maybe 2 or 3 more years.

Definitely no more than 5 at most though.

I think CE and social boards will be kill before they kill the game boards

hard to say till we find out what the plan is for the company that bought it.

i put it in the 5-10 range. i think most social boards will be gone in the next few years. i think it'll mostly just be the game boards and then like CE, sports and a few other special interest boards with a lot getting grouped together. possibly old obscure systems just getting a general board instead of each game having it's own board.

now i only see the active users fluctuate around 1k during the day. hard to find any info of active user history but i remember it always being like 3k like 5? maybe 10 years ago.

Has the site actually said anything to indicate that they want to? They probably know that the social boards bring a lot of people to the site, but they definitely are trying to consolidate it and I wouldnt be shocked to see this actually be the one social board still around. Who knows, though?

If they kill the NFL board, Im out.
