Even he's starting to realize what Israel are actually like. I've seen a couple of posts from him now where he's actually calling out Israel's actions. Very few people remain 100% in support of Israel now.

The situation is obviously horrible but nobody ever has a solution for what israel is supposed to do beyond letting terrorists keep attacking them. This situation is tragic and israel should try to minimize damage as much as they can but the difference between them and hamas is war vs terrorism. Nobody is wrong to be upset or angry because the situation is awful but genocide is too loaded a term. The fact is israel has to take out hamas because of what hamas did to them and wants to do to them. People dont enough account for the fact that israel is surrounded by people that want to wipe their people out of existence. There cant be peace until hamas is gone and for those who want peace the only realistic way is to get rid of hamas in some way. But theres no easy solution to that either when hamas purposely puts themselves amongst civilians and doesnt exactly have an army to fight. The whole thing is awful and innocents on both sides are suffering and its tragic all around

The very people who are instead indiscriminately dropping bombs on and cutting off basic necessities to 2.1 million people, the vast majority of whom are innocent civilians.

israel is a country of people that the world have tried to wipe out again and again, bordered by a terrorist group that wants to wipe out the worlds Jews and take Israel off the map. Something hitler made great progress on less than 100 years ago.

Hmm, not sure if you're misunderstanding the point. I'm not saying that the deaths are not a tragedy, but when using data to make a point, you have to consider all things together.

For instance, the Oct 7 terrorist attack was 10 times worse than 9/11 if you account the difference in population. But it isn't a fair comparison as 9/11 was a calculated terrorist attack done by a few terrorists whereas Hamas' assault was done by thousands of terrorists.

Ukraine's population was around 43 million with 7.5 million of that being children. 17.44%. Additionally, 4.5 million of the children were able to flee within the first few weeks of the conflict if I recall correctly, bring that percentage much lower.

Compared to gaza, which has a much higher percentage just under 50%, it's essentially propaganda to attempt to make a point to compare the two countries in such light.

I'm not condoning Netanyahu's actions or anything of the sorts, just making my point that using data to make a point via analogies and comparison opens up to further criticism.

Israel wants to eliminate Hamas. civilian deaths are acceptable because Hamas would be killing civilians otherwise

Can someone explain why Palestinians have a claim to Jerusalem. Weren't Jews there like 1500 year before Islam was a religion? I'm not saying to start a fight I'm saying this out of real curiosity.

Reminder that it is accurate to call it deliberate on Israel's part since the 10/7 attack merely gave Netanyahu an excuse to expedite his extermination of Palestinian. You can't just ignore the history and go "Well he's justified now because someone hurt Israel!"

I completely agree with your points. I've never seen so much hate towards Jews in my lifetime and now I can understand how the holocaust came to be. I've never hated anyone and wished death unto them and can't imagine how toxic someone must be to wish that of an entire group of people.

Hamas is a terrorist organization. We shouldn't really expect much from them. Israel is a recognized world power, we should absolutely hold them to a higher standard than a terrorist organization.
