He recently became Peter's sidekick in the comics. He appeared suddenly after some reality altering comic shenanigans. He's essentially a retcon character. He has always been around, people just forgot about him. Peter doesn't remember him, but Spider-Boy has memories of fighting alongside Peter for years. Would it make you mad if he was in a future game?

Honestly, I'd love it. The amount of ways you could go with that story are nigh endless. And it would have potential to be a very action filled and heart wrenching story if done right.

As long as the game is fun I dont care.

It depends I guess if they more appeal to the game fans or the comic fans. I'm in a few comic communities and they were pretty ragey about Spider-boy and the modern comic run, I doubt it would go over well with the avid readers.
