Its way too detailed tbh. Unless the N64 could pull off graphics like that, I don't remember but I remember Mario 64 looking clunkier

it looks like it's supposed to be like luigi's official art from back then, not necessarily in-game. but who knows, since the uploader keeps it deliberately vague

i think that's what "pre-recorded" is supposed to mean in the title, and the description says it was for the 64DD thing, so maybe it was going to be compressed and made to work on that? it's really odd
