Waking up and realizing I still have over an hour until my alarm goes off

A day with perfect weather so I can open all of my windows

Hot tea on a cold day.

Hot shower and not caring about the water bill. I just stand there and day dream.

I've been on a subscription service to a website that makes/sells dice for D&D (and other d20 system games), basically every month I get two dice sets that are upcoming for their catalog, so it's like a blind box and early access thing.

I really like seeing which sets I get each month even if I don't end up actually rolling them at a table. Built up a nice collection too, so when I am able to play I'm often paralyzed by choice when choosing which set(s) to bring to the game lol

If it's the little things in life that matter most, are we still not supposed to sweat the small stuff?

An electric foot warmer

Last week at work, one of my bosses was mad about how I was putting something back together after cleaning it, and she tried to show the correct way to do it. She futzed with it for a solid ten minutes, then gave up in a huff and said I could put it on my way, and I did in two seconds. God that felt good.

You know when it's freaking cold outside but the sun is shining down? You're freezing, but then you get into your car and it's nice and toasty from the sun? That feeling.

When you have a headache and the Tylenol kicks in.

When you convince the humans that you're one of them

A hug.

I'm a hugger and I appreciate being hugged and hugging someone else. Romantically sure, but also just to show that you care about someone.

It's the little things in life that break me. I can hold out on so much suffering only for the most insignificant thing to ruin me. There are no simple pleasures in my life, only simple pains.

My weekly smoking circle.

A cold room and a warm bed with clean sheets and a comforter. Bonus if there's rain outside. That's good sleepin' weather.

The first bite when you're so hungry you can't stand it, or the first icy cold sip on a hot summer day.

Letting a hot shower hit you right on the back of the neck in the morning.

Cuddling with the one you love.

Puppy breath

Seeing someone enjoy food you've prepared.

Solo travel.

That's all I could think of for now.
