I am thinking of trying different spice blends on some chicken wings. Could I do that as like a test for Thanksgiving?

The food here is terrible. My steak was so tough it attacked my coffee and the coffee was too weak to defend itself.

Wouldn't using turkey wings be a better test?

I wouldn't be too paranoid about seasoning except for the gravy. That's where the flavor's at. Most of the turkey meat won't get seasoned anyway

This is just to test how the flavors would work. So I am doing wings so I can taste a number of them. If I did a turkey wing, that would be a whole not of food just for my test kitchen.

In most jurisdictions that would be fine, but always check your local laws and regulations.
