If I remember right, Mxy was very wary of Doctor Manhattan, avoiding conflict with him.

Doctor Manhattan was based on Captain Atom. Mxy had no reason to be afraid of him. It was a dumb moment for no reason.

Besides Prime didn't "own" him. He was depowered. At full power Mxy would have killed him.

Maybe...I do feel like Perpetua and the" Darkest Knight" are clearly stronger then him since Peretua is a Sixth Dimensional being and her very existence was causing Myx to lose his mind.

He just changes his look to match the universe he's in. MAWSM is an anime-inspired universe, so he looks like a little DBZ elf. He even has his typical bowler hat, he just switches it to a DBZ crown when he puts it on.

They made the bowler hat... the source of his powers? Lol. Also I'm not sure I like how terrifying and Trigony that design was.

Maybe it's just how I interpreted it, but I think the vibe by the end of the episode is that he's just fucking with Superman. His actions not only lead to Lois learning that supposedly every other Clark in the multiverse is an evil despot who conquered Earth, it also means she's given a shard of kryptonite.

And aaaaaall of the villains in that show are super different from how they're normally portrayed. It kind of grew on me, especially bishonen Deathstroke.

Anyway, the actual most powerful villain in DC is probably Mandrakk. Even if you somehow manage to kill him he can resurrect himself through other people's thoughts about him. He's literally the ontological argument.

The fifth dimension is not affected by the crises.
That said, fifth dimension imps have started at least two crisises in JLA stories, The Sixth Dimension and Crisis Times Five.
