This is about all they have.

Though the best fish and chips I've ever had was from an Irish pub. Heck some of the best food I've ever had was from Irish pubs. I've had some killer chicken quesadillas from one and a burger.

The ingredients are almost identical. Just substitute ghee for regular butter and add Kasoori Methi aka Fenugreek.

I dont even live in Britain. Ive eaten all over the world and worked as a chef in two different restaurants with Michelin stars (which, by the way, the UK has more of proportionally than the US does). Also, everywhere has pizza, barbecue and tex mex. Every cuisine is available in every major city in the world.

i'd concur that such an uneven distribution of ingredients is a recipe for disaster; the preparation looks pretty lazy and googling the image for the result, it looks pretty underwhelming

down south botching the baked mac is tantamount to a criminal offense, and it the cook would be clowned relentlessly at a family gathering

Exactly. The milk is gone before it can really do anything. It's not even that hard to make a roux and cheese sauce. Oh I totally agree. I'm glad I learned how to cook when I was younger.
