Depends on where you live when it comes to a car.
Not having a license or a car would be all too bad if you live in a urban city/town with nice public transit. Where I live in rural damn near middle of nowhere south carolina? Its best you learn to drive and get a ride as soon as you possibly can or else be prepared for a lifetime of mooching rides, get taken for a ride marvel vs capcom 2 style with those door dash/grub hub/uber eats etc. prices, and be bored out of your mind. --- GTag:MadDogg730 PSN:lMadDogg NNID:xMadDoggx NS friend code:5313-0564-0819 Go buy cyber shadow like right now. ... Transportation is always going to be more important that mobile communication. Many people wouldn't even be able to hold a job if they could drive themselves to it. And if you absolutely needed to use a phone for something, you could easily borrow one. That is to say, you'll have more success than if you were to ask someone to borrow their car.

Car is definitely more important. In Los Angeles public transportation takes 2-4 times longer than driving. Commuting to and from work every day already eats up a ton of my time. I wouldn't want to make it worse by having to take the bus/train.

Depends on where you live when it comes to a car. Exactly this. In my area of the Midwest in the middle of cornfields everywhere in my heavy agricultural farming state driving is an absolute must. You have to have a vehicle in some areas. But in the military I had friends from NYC that grew up and never even got a license. Their public transit was so good they didnt need cars or to even know how to drive. A cellphone while popular and convenient isnt as important though could be considered necessary for some people/jobs. --- PSN ID: sled_dogs76 60" Pioneer Kuro Elite PRO151FD, Yamaha RX-V3900 A/V Receiver, Oppo DV983-H player.
