I do generally try and keep relics with either double crit or speed substats, but I'm also not really in the mode where I'm worried about running out of inventory space.

Supposedly Fu Xuan with Acheron and Topaz with Aventurine.

IIRC the FX info came from an unreliable source so well see. If FX is in 2.1 Ill probably have to pass on Sparkle. If not Ill probably bet a 50/50 on her later in the patch.

That trailer is so good though. Hoyo cooked.

I have now used Bronya in Memory of Chaos 1 time and have come to the conclusion that she is a pretty good unit, actually.

Sadly I don't think I'll be able to do farther that 6 stars in the MoC about to time out. Just don't have a good enough team yet.

Topaz just too good why do I even need another character. I still suck at making teams. Part of it is lacking another sustain who isnt borderline worthless, but part of it is just not having characters who go well together that I actually want to use so Im handicapping myself in that regard

Kafka traces at max level now. Gotta get the LC I have on her to lv80 and then I move on to getting Jinglius traces to max probably

You can make all waifu teams that are pretty strong. Really it's only imaginary dps that we missing.

I just cant make any with much synergy. Like sure I can slap Topaz, Jinliu, Kafka and Xueyi on a team, but I cant expect to beat MoC floors past the easy early ones or anything actually tough with that. Im just using Ruan for Xueyi and Topaz, but I dont really care for her

I don't think you have to worry too much about synergy with specifically Jingliu at least. Feels like she can be slapped on pretty much any team. (Topaz, Kafka, and Xueyi this is 100% not the case for) Of course it's not like Jingliu by herself is enough, but yeah.

Something like Topaz or Xueyi, Jingliu, Asta, Natasha or Lynx seems like an okay double DPS team, just considering free units?

Harmony is all waifus and all useable with Topaz and Jinglu. If you don't like any of them, then yeah, that is your problem.

I mean it's a question of what you are trying to accomplish by running two DPS with no synergy. Dual DPS is already less efficient than a single carry. The boss needs to be weak to both of your dps elements and/or both of your builds need to be very good as opposed to just focusing on one unit. And you need specific team wide supports instead of just like, Tingyun (you have Ruan Mei so you have that covered). And you have to make sure your SP is good. But if you're struggling to build teams it's almost always easier to focus on one unit and supports.

With some exceptions when there's really good synergy like Topaz/Ratio, but that's also because Topaz pretty much becomes a support in that team

I just got my Hanya so shes gotta be leveled up still. For Harmony units I like Asta, Hanya, Tingyun and Yukong, but two of those arent leveled and lacking lots of Es and Tingyun needs proper relics. My Asta is ok enough I think aside from amazing relics probably.

The bosses that mostly slow me down a ton are ones I have nobody to work with for their weakness so that really eats up the turn limits. Also kinda just feel like everyone I use is skill hungry

Well how far are you in the current MoC and what teams have you been using for it?

Yeah I just mentioned dual DPS because I don't know what swordz has for units and was only thinking about free ones.

If he has Tingyun and Hanya though he absolutely should be able to build 2 functional teams out of that.

Though some people are speculating Dual DPS might be the meta sometime soon because of Something Unto Deaths mechanics punishing single DPS setups (not that the story version is that hard, but still it shows they're thinking about mechanics to change things up).

It's possible for certain Dual DPS Comps to actually be extremely effective even if one or both units are typically Hypercarry. Blade + Jingliu for example is an absolutely stupendous combination.

Basically every follow-up attack comp is also Dual DPS, too.

The meta has been Destruction or Nihility comps for quite a while now. Nihility is self explanatory, but all the limited post-launch Destruction characters have been so overtuned that they make Hunt characters almost obsolete by comparison. Both of these can run or are effectively dual DPS set-ups.

On the one about to end Ive only got 2 stars on Stage 8 and 1 star on Stage 9.

All of those things are highly synergistic in ways that offset the cost, that's not really what I'm talking about.

Topaz comps are dual DPS. Dr. Ratio is so strong and has such specific team requirements that it's more efficient to run him as hypercarry with Tingyun and Pela/SW unless Topaz has eidolons or her signature. The math might change now that we actually are getting sustains with debuffs I guess.

The recurring theme here is you need higher levels of investment.

I mean that was the initial complaint with Kafka too, people hated that you were pretty much required to fully build a second dot unit like Sampo or Gui to really make her go. (however these haters were foolish and will not survive the new dot mommy meta)

That's also not too bad considering 9 is where it starts ramping up to be a big gear and optimization check.

This cycle's floor 9 and 10 in particular seems to be "hey did you build that free Dr. Ratio yet?" although with a strong enough Jingliu you could still probably brute force 9

Do we know what Jade the character looks like. Naming a character after the summon currency is so weird since thats all the results want to bring up

It definitely took me a fair amount of time to get to 3 stars on stages 9 and 10 even before when they gave you more turns to do it.

I'm pretty sure I did every stage of that MoC with Ratio and Jingliu. Jingliu is just busted in general and Ratio was unbelievably good with that cycle's passive buff, in addition to targeting weaknesses on the last few stages.

Naw, no idea on that front.

Decided not to pull the Sparkle LC.

Her LC is great, but I have a second Bronya LC leveled and it seems like it's almost as good anyways. Just not worth it to lose my guaranteed Acheron Card (which she desperately wants).

Nice won the 50/50. Did take til pity, though.

Also got what looks to be a pretty good Kafka Nihility LC (Good Night and Sleep Well), 3 Sampo Eidolons, and 1 each of Hanya and QQ

GNSW is one of the best Nihility DPS cones period. If you ever get it to S5 it's roughly on par with Kafka's signature at S1.

Won the 50:50 again (since E2 Ruan) got Sparkle. Got 2 Sampo past E6 and a Lynx past E6. Got 3 Hanya so shes E3 now and got 1 QQ for E5. For LCs I got Landaus Choice and Shared Feeling. They were both new for me and I dunno what to do with them at the moment

oh yeah overall 4 star Eidolons now are Sampo E4 (I didn't realize I had E1 already, I must have got him once off the permanent warp at some point and forgot), Hanya E2, and QQ E1

went pretty long but won the 50/50 !!

sampo increased from E0 to E1
hanya E4 to E6
QQ E6 to E10 lol
