Do you care about throwing live lobsters into the pot? You ever heard of this? it's called the crustastun and it costs like 3,500 so some restaurants have them. Iirc some parts of italy and other european countries it is illegal to throw a live lobster into a pot so they might use this. Not sure if there are some places in u.s . where the boiling method is illegal.

I could not do that I would feel too bad. However one time I put a crawfish in my turtle tank and they had it him bit by bit it was the most horrible things I ever saw in my tanks.

why did they do that though? yea, there are some parents who only give the good eats to their children and save the not so good stuff for themselves

Grew up on the east coast of Canada. A lobster boil was always the central part of a backyard BBQ.

Yeah many many lobsters are caught around that area, so it may be cheaper around there. You ever tried the method for lobsters used in many asian restaurants, like stir fried and cut up and put in a sauce?

I have. While it still tastes delicious, I'm a boiled or grilled with garlic and butter kind guy.
