Your revisionist history is incredible. In Bloodborne mafia I was the only one who was entertaining the possibility that Lopen might not have been scum and wanting to properly work things through. Meanwhile you were all too willing to press along with the game ending mis lynch and unwilling to listen to all sides.

But I'm not here to relitigate prior games.

In THIS game you halfway claimed some garbage based upon "Miller logic" that still doesn't make sense to anyone but you.

In THIS game Lopen was an odd target and he was vocally in favor of your lynch.

Is it a 100% certainly? No. But it's a place to start, so I'm starting.

Oh man, that lynch was so incredibly satisfying. For the last ten minutes I felt like I could see the future. And I did! Scum should have killed me harder than I just killed that audition, but luckily Ctes is a sweetesheart who probably said don't kill Lea, she's having a ball. Mistake.

Ah, everything just clicked. The people I liked on Ctes. Heinous votes from people like Red. The fact Ctes appeared to freeze up when doom was inching towards him. the original ctes train i was on from earlier in the day didn't look like it was going anywhere so i swapped to corrik as i was generally fine with that lynch.

then i was literally playing a tournament match on my other screen and refreshing my first screen to try and track what was happening, saw the ctes train starting back up and quickly threw in my vote but didn't have time to write up justification or anything

Okay I'm glad you mentioned the tournament because I was genuinely concerned that you showed up at the end of the day to shift around your vote despite previously announcing you wouldn't be there at EoD.

I'll accept your explanation. I don't want to prod any further and cross lines that don't need to be crossed. I was just a tad concerned that scummates were trying to grab your attention despite your preoccupation to redirect the EoD vote according to their whims.

At the same time, that wouldn't explain the switch to Ctes. So perhaps my paranoia was unwarranted

We'll there are two remaining Simpsons on the "prior game" list (Bart and grandpa) but ctes never answered that question and our remaining yes responses are Ulti and 3 ctes killers (you, Chang and Kirby).

As well-written as this is, I see more retroactive justification of why the Ctes lynch was good rather than why Ctes was a better option than Corrik to warrant such an absolutely last-minute switch.

In other words, I completely agree with Isquen that Lea is not above deliberately sacrificing her scummate in a completely avoidable lynch to earn town clout. If I'm not mistaken, I'm pretty sure she did exactly that to either success or borderline success in a previous game. I don't think Lea's nail in the coffin for Ctes clears her at all.

If Lea had been on the Ctes train early on, I'd back off from suspecting her, at least a little bit. It's the fact that it was so, so absolutely last-minute and sudden after pushing for Corrik that's keeping me wary.

Granted, I think during B8 Mafia she was quick to put me (her scummate) on the chopping block as EoD approached, which helped her get pretty close to the endgame as scum. So I might just be a hypocrite. I'm not gonna say that this argument is airtight, but it's worth noting that scum Lea is very, very willing to make bold plays for long-term gain, and I daresay she's quite good at it, too. If anything, I just want to assert that she is by no means cleared town because of her switch onto Ctes.

As always enjoyable as it is to hear how my range means I can theoretically do any action as scum, I didn't actually notice your 180 or catch up on day two at all yet. So I missed that trap and that request for elaboration but that's okay, after today we'll be the best of chums.

I didn't especially want to lynch Corrik, I wanted to lynch Isquen or Red or Mzero. Corrik was more of a "not Ulti" wagon with a bit of inactive gamblerino.

Big credit to JC for throwing the name out and for Kirby for pulling the trigger on vote number 1.

Medium credit to chang and wallz for following up. It was less than 5 minutes remaining and every vote counted.

Conditional credit to Lea for the vote swap off of Corrik to flip the lynch. If it turns out that Corrik was ALSO scum and had a more obviously powerful role then this credit is subject to revocation.

And if I'm being perfectly honest, it's a good thing I wasn't there. I was just sitting down a couple minutes after the hour to catch up and participate in the final hour, but somehow I had the EoD timer mixed up. When I skimmed and saw the stop I remember thinking that I probably would have taken the opportunity to vote Corrik in that position. So yeah, good job town for clutching up (unless both were scum) and bad job me for not understanding how time works.

Ive suddenly figured out the true reason Lea wanted to play in this game!

Also, Im first post claiming under Miller logic. I am Ned Flanders, Town Naive Neighbor. I visit people, and try talking to them, but they dont receive any PMs. Something something no one likes me or cares I exist.

Town can waste nights proving this if they want, or you can actually look for scum. Have fun and Ill see you day 2.

After reading FD's day 1 it boils down to

- Attacking Ulti over a typical town Ulti fakeclaim
- Caring way too much about overlap with flavors from the last Simpsons game despite admitting it probably didn't mean anything
- Attacking red for not playing along with the above

Nothing damning but I don't feel like he was really scum hunting much and was kind of just keeping himself busy, especially with the flavor stuff but also I feel like he should know by now that town Ulti pretty much always fakeclaims something that makes no sense and has a bunch of holes in it.

I stand by my vote tbh
