Women smoking is always depicted as sexually arousing and is a staple of Hollywood, porn and BDSM.

Putting aside the whole horrible health side effects and cancer stuff. Just soley at face value, what the heck is hot about it? Pile of ashes, bad smell, gross breath and blowing smoke as well as coughing.

Is it just because she sticks it in her mouth?

You could simulate the same effect with a baby carrot and a Spyro impression but no one is clamoring for that.

I'm sure it used to be considered that, but personally I've seen more disdain for women smokers than praise.

It looks cool, though actually even being near a smoker is gross. They have no idea how bad they smell, and everyone else just kinda politely tolerates it.

It does look cool, but only on a guy. (I can't imagine it being "hot" though?) A woman smoking is a massive turn off for me.

Its just cool looking. Youre breathing smoke and fire. Plus its unhealthy and stupid, which like it or not just makes it even cooler, cause fuck it

It's hot to me because their disposition to smoke helps mask whatever body odor others with sensitive noses have claimed to smell off me. I shower, I wash my clothes, but for some reason I quickly smell like onions whenever I sweat. I've never noticed this, as I've always been surrounded by smokers. It was when I quit smoking and hung around non smokers when people started commenting on my body odor.

I think smoking is disgusting, absolutely despise the smell. 30 years on this earth and Ive never even taken a single hit of a cigarette before before.

That being said, it does look cool

Because different time periods had different things that all the cool, glamorous folk did. And at some point in history, I presume they didn't realize what kinda damage it did.

It's like when it used to be cool to get a tan, and then experts were like No, wait that's sun damage! That'll increase your risk of getting skin cancer!
