I've also learnt their language and am moving there next month to live indefinitely. Ratchetrockon 02/14/24 7:26:06 AM #34:	I don't consider myself a weeb. I do like anime but haven't watched any for about 2-3 years now. Last manga I read was like a year ago. Last light novel maybe 2 years ago. Also I actually dislike VNs and JRPGs. The most anime thing I consume rn is dmc 3 se ubisoft port. It is an action masher. Most of my media consumption within the past 5 years has been western. There was a time when I only watched anime tho but that's in the past. I never thought Japan was the best country on earth. I've been to mainland Japan a few times. Lived in Okinawa for a bit more than a decade which technically is Japan yeah but noticeably diff culture from mainland Anyway ik I'd never fit in 100% w/ the Japanese so id never glorify their culture lol I don't mind weebs. I've met a few in the past irl and they just seemed overly passionate about Japan but otherwise harmless.. ofc I've seen extreme examples of turbo weebs online but I always assume they exaggerate their personalities in this environment and are prob normal in real life. At least they have a strong passion for something unlike me atm . --- I'm a Taurus.
