Probably about 85% as tasty as regular cereal IMO, the texture is a little different and tends to get stuck in your teeth more, but I don't mind it much. They also have tons of flavor variety. It is expensive though, if you want a much cheaper low calorie high protein breakfast just have a whey protein shake or eat a couple eggs.
