That is part of the whole "great reframing" done by the right. It's the same as how people are trained to view "illegal immigrants" as a term for people who are boarder hopping when the reality is that it's a completely negligible amount that that's what it applies to and mostly the term refers to people whose work visas expired (and they entered 100% legally). --- "A shouted order to do something of dubious morality with an unpredictable outcome?
