I remember arguing with people on hear defending her homophobia that she was young and didnt know any better yet she was in her 20s and an elected official at the time

I remember when people were creaming themselves over her being "the next big progressive voice in the Dem party", even when she already started to drop the veneer there were those who persisted.

I'm glad she's dispelled any notion of that.

I remember never liking her, and telling people not to trust her because she and her father were part of big anti-lgbt stuff before she tried being a democrat to win power.

We had fools on 261 worshipping this woman all because she endorsed Sanders. They also cried every time we brought up her homophobic past and her conservative voting record. Would love to see them try and defend her now.

Nah you guys were worshipping her all because she endorsed Bernie and hated on Hillary. Every time we attempted to point out Gabbard's history of homophobia and conservative stances ya'll cried and kept deflecting to her endorsing Sanders.

I'm talking about since 2019/2020, which is still years ago.

I remember telling people she wasn't actually progressive when you looked at her policies and wasn't what she appeared to be and being brushed off as a "neocon warmonger".

Yep, there were some who were insisting in that bullshit up until she started her Fox News and CPAC appearances. Even if you brought up her history of homophobia, they would either show their true colors by trying to make excuses for that or claim that those were her old views and she's not like that anymore.

She sounds like a KKK pamphlet nowadays.

Yeah, I recall when she first started to make it blatantly obvious because she was only ever hyper-critical of Dems/their actions, never condemning anything Republicans did & instead lauding them, and they'd excuse it as "you guys just don't want criticism of the Democratic Party!"
