Which, of course, missed the entire point of "Super Size me"...

What was the point? To prove that fast food is unhealthy? Congrats, he "proved" something that everyone already knew. Has he ever released his food log of what he ate each day?

Aren't the current McDonald's Large fries as big as the medium order was 20 years ago with everybody shrinking things and charging more?

The thing is there's literally nobody who eats fast food for every meal. I knew it was bullshit from the beginning because of that.

Seriously, I don't know why people acted like Morgan Spurlock was some enlightening muckraker when anyone in double digits and some common sense could tell you that eating McDonald's for every meal for a month is a terrible idea.

thanks to that documentary they phased out all the fun stuff kids loved
the restaurants no longer look like mcdonald land
the mascots like ronald, grimace and hamburgler all got phased out
and they replaced the burger, fries and pop in the happy meal with white meat chicken nuggets, apple slices, and a juice turning it into a sad meal!

McDonald's marketing PR department and legal beg to differ

I know this was not his intent, but it's fun to rewatch that for all the brand name nostalgia. So many quality logos and aesthetics that got taken out post-2008

The portion size discussion is hilarious looking back. Because the sizes are now pathetic and its not because of health but because they want to rip us off. A medium fry is basically a small fry now and it costs like 4 dollars
