Cool.. Granted Gavi is absolutely at the far end of the shitty human being spectrum so its a wide bar from purity to evil. Im certainly not perfect, but I cant even fathom how one could become as rotten as that guy was.

So far it seems that a decent # of folks whove won that dont need it have paid it forward. Certainly not a requirement, but it does help knowing that things are continuing to filter further down when it happens.

Speaking as someone who legitimately needs money, even the smallest scraps so to speak...

No, it's honestly not that different from having a job. With a job, you're performing for your employer and they'll be earning a lot more while you earn a fraction of that despite putting in most of the work for them.

This is basically that but on a smaller scale. The dude wants to throw his money at us, the job of the users is to engage with him and dance like the little monkeys we are. That earns the winner their paycheck. It's a lot less scummy too since it's pretty upfront about what it is and you don't lose hours of your life trying to earn it. All you have to do is participate and it isn't even particularly shameful in the grand scheme of what people are willing to do for money. It's not like he's asking people to act like little sluts for him.

I don't usually participate in those kinds of topics but I don't see the harm in it. The topic would be closed if it gets out of hand and people dancing around for the entertainment/benefit of someone with more income is a tale as old as time. If you think there's something wrong with that, well that's just capitalism baby.

The majority of people in this world are competing for the scraps that millionaires and billionaires leave behind. Why should CE be any different?

Not gonna lie, the first time I noticed one of those topics was also the day he posted that he was getting divorced. I got really concerned for a bit, but then I found out this was a trend that he was continuing.

Not really following the logic of this topic. People post a message and try to get some quick, free, easy money. No one's debasing themselves, no one's going to get hurt doing it (except possibly CE financially, but they insist they're not), and it's fun to take your shot. Where's the problem?

I don't see how, but okay. Everyone knows what they're getting into, CE's been on the up and up as far as coming through for the winners. Just not seeing any potential issue.

I just post in them for filler, and because I am interested in if they finish in same time posts, we had like 6 in one topic so far. I almost won one by accident the other day. Winner offered to split the money as I and I believe GrandConjuraton had a 3 way same time post with them. I didnt take a share as I wasnt trying to win, but it was still exciting imo.

So, I mean now that I think about it, my wife has told me in the past that I only think of myself and not others. She thinks she is a generous person. And in some aspects she is. But I also know very well she would have an absolute shitfit if she knew I was giving away money to fellow shitposters on a dying video game websight, and not saying lets buy a new fence. That is one of her flaws.

We dont need a new fucking fence, But others can use the money for better things.

Im not a multi millionaire by any means, and grew up poor, but we have enough now.
