Hell, if you are like me and don't really mind rain, you could be a real humanitarian hero and secretly travel to drought afflicted areas with all that money - and as a bonus to you, it gives your mansion a break from the weather.

I'd have to know how much the rain entails. ALSO. If it's raining. I don't think you can ever fly dependent on how strong the storm is.

You'd have to know the strength of the rain storm, if it's drizzles or thunderstorming levels. Or if it's just varied on a day by day basis or hour by hour. Drizzle in the morning, torrential downpour by noon etc. These are all important things to know.

I wish I knew more about meteorology, but for example what happens if you took your rain cloud and went through a hurricane. Could you literally split a hurricane in half? Could you stop a tornado from coming by cancelling out the phenomenon with your own phenomenon? There's so much that can be done beyond just solving water problems.

Lol you could rain out sport events by just existing. The military aspects of this is insane if you can always make it rain too. You can cause inclement weather that maybe disrupts some military instruments? But beyond that can create cover for soldiers if they know about it ahead of time. Cause it to rain for an operation in an area that it almost never rains? You can totally fuck over the enemy with something like that.

There's surprisingly a lot of things you could do with this if you knew a lot more.

Go travelling around Africa. It would do a huge favour to all the drought aflicted areas, which will make me feel good about myself, plus I'll have 4 billion to enjoy.

with that money i could create my own artificial weather backdrop and emulate whatever weather i choose.

Um hell yeah. With that kind of money I can do so much. Including preventing flooding from the constant influx of rain. I could even go around just giving everyone I came into contact with money without ever having to worry about going broke. I could force ubi for the US.

Im also going to assume this deal somehow avoids the problem of flooding. Maybe the infinitely generated rain drops disappear after they hit the ground, thus preserving conservation of energy (sort of).
