And because they are not anywhere near what P3 did. As mentioned they are far closer to SMT than Persona (besides themselves, of course) and their overall quality is pretty low compared to 3 and later. Between the highly antiquated gameplay and just not having any of the things that really made people resonate with Persona over SMT they are essentially just footnotes in the series.
